Our Sinaloa-style ceviche brings together tender shrimp cured in lime juice with juicy mango, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and a touch of chile. The sweetness of mango balances the citrus and heat, creating a ceviche that’s vibrant, refreshing, and full of coastal flavor.
Inspired by the seafood traditions of Sinaloa on Mexico’s Pacific coast, this dish is bold, colorful, and perfect for warm days in Hawai‘i.
Ingredients: Shrimp, mango, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, onions, cucumber, lime, avocado, salt and black pepper.
